Cloisonne tubes and rounds.

This is a very cute necklace and is to be worn close to the neck to show off the beauty of cloisonne beads. The earliset evidence of Cloisonne beads was found in Cyprus and they back to 13th Century. The process of making these beads is painstaking and made in several steps. They are made with metal and then decorated with wire and finally painted. One by one. The beads are separated with antique gold bali style spacer beads. There is a antique silver lobster clasp at the end. £15 SOLD
